There is no perfect pose or ideal outcome. It’s not how it looks, it’s how it feels. It’s all YOGA, however it comes out. Yoga fans and wine lovers are welcome to join us at Hidden Vineyard for Yoga in the Vines with Chasity Baldwin @yhwyogatohonor on Saturday, June 24th at 10:00 am. Cost is $20 which includes a glass of HV wine of your choice after the session.
